You assume all liability for use of any information you find in any SideSpace publication. The operators of SideSpace assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here. Not all SideSpace ads are created directly by the space owners or employers, some SideSpace advertisers are acting as agents or managers for the owners.

Users or customers are aware that each listing or owner sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies - SideSpace recommends that users ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser and for added protection, we recommend the additional needed research at your own expense if necessary. SideSpace is not responsible for the refund of sale, rental fees, or commission fees for any reason.

None of the information contained in any SideSpace web page is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Qualification of all users or customers is the sole responsibility of the space owner or agent.

Property Owners

If the operators of SideSpace are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither SideSpace or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. SideSpace does not guarantee that the SideSpace web site will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Contra Costa County, California, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Contra Costa County, California, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Membership Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel their listings at anytime. If you are not satisfied with the service, you are entitled to a full refund of your listing, including a listing that has expired within thirty (30) days.

Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET

If you wish to remove your listing from the marketplace, we can temporarily inactivate the SideSpace listing and reactivate it at a future date during your paid or free term. Your SideSpace listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).

PROPERTY SOLD

If you sell your property or space or services, you can cancel your listing, but you will be not be refunded for the remainder of the initial listing term.

SELLING A SIDESPACE LISTING

Warning to potential purchasers and sellers of SideSpace listings. Since a property owner can create a new listing of their own at anytime, SideSpace does NOT endorse or approve of the sale or bartering of the SideSpace listing unless the property being advertised is also sold to the same party. Any listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund. Please do not offer to sell or purchase a SideSpace listing without transferring the property at the same time.

ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION

SideSpace listings are designed to advertise one space in one location. Each listing may only relate to one specific property. The property in a listing may not be substituted by another property.

SPAMMING POLICY

Sidespace does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) – SideSpace reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions SideSpace or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated SideSpace email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. SideSpace is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.

RENTAL INQUIRIES

It is the goal of SideSpace to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by SideSpace prior to delivery to SideSpace members. Inquiries may be read by SideSpace staff members. Despite SideSpace filtering efforts, it is likely that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway. It is also likely that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of SideSpace filtering efforts.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and SideSpace cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. SideSpace, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address and or phone number of SideSpace advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

SideSpace reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the SideSpace web site, it becomes the property of SideSpace and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the SideSpace web site without written permission.

LOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

Advertisers are expected to follow proper and respectful guidelines. Ads which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of SideSpace.
